Nicaragua National Convention
The third Tuesday of every January, Abundant Life Missions International commences its annual Nicaragua National Convention. Each year, ALMI pastors, evangelists and missionaries from throughout the country, gather at the Mission Compound and Conference Center in Matagalpa for three days of intensive ministry training and convention preaching.
National Convention Information
- Approximately 75 ministers attend from Nicaragua.
- About 120 church leaders are represented.
- Every year ministers from El Salvador, Guatemala, Belize, Panama & Mexico will attend.
- A Ladies Conference runs simultaneously to the minister’s conference. All lady lay leaders from every ALMI Nicaragua church attends these day sessions.
- Ministers and lay leaders are fed two full meals and a light lunch each day.
- All attendees are housed in the Mission compound dorms.
- Every attendee receives notes and supplemental material for further review and study.
- The convention brings in speakers from the U.S., Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize; givingALMI ministers a wealth of exposure to powerful men and women working on the front lines of evangelism.
Since 2007, Good News Outreach has partnered with ALMI by underwriting much of the cost of the convention. Good News Outreach has donated funds each year to pay for food, housing, transportation and equipment rental allowing the men and women the possibility to be encouraged, educated and equipped for reaching Central America.
